Professional development of university instructors has always been an important aspect the educational environment, which requires appropriate methodological support. It is aimed at creating conditions for improving activities and transforming it in accordance with advanced achievements scientific, practical, innovative fields. This necessary to improve quality professional training teaching staff. The content support considered several directions, including active use technologies process, theoretical foundations forming creative potential staff, assistance mastering competencies Federal State Educational Standards. study focuses on discipline Academic Writing who teach this discipline, since organizing conferences, seminars, workshops academic writing providing opportunities area do not meet demand growing interest aspect. experience participating a reading group one year presented. main goal was develop participants understanding concept as well discuss effective methods higher education institutions.
